What is KAIRO?

KAIRO is an onchain platform on Arc, Circle's USDC-gas blockchain, that combines prediction markets, token launches, swaps, perps and an AI agent. It runs on Arc mainnet with real USDC and is operated by Proodos Group BV in the Netherlands.

KAIRO Markets are permissionless binary YES/NO markets collateralised in USDC and priced by an automated market maker rather than an order book. Winning shares redeem for 1 USDC each; the protocol builds on Gnosis Conditional Tokens.

KAIRO Launch puts new tokens on a bonding curve, while Create Token deploys a standalone Arc token. Perps orders execute at an external venue funded from the user's Arc wallet; perps order entry opened on 16 September 2026.

KAIRO Agent, built on the Circle Agent Stack, answers questions from live data and prepares actions the user confirms. The optional Agent Wallet is delegated with restricted access.

KAIRO states plainly that no external audit has been completed and that it is not a licensed exchange or betting operator.

Good fit for

  • Arc users who want to create or trade prediction markets
  • Creators launching tokens on Arc

Not ideal for

  • Traders who require audited contracts
  • High-volume bettors sensitive to fees

KAIRO Atlas AI Score

6.4

6.4 / 10 Decent

Confidence: Medium

KAIRO is unusually transparent about fees and its own limits, which helps on a new chain. With no external audit and thin Arc liquidity, keep positions small until it matures.

Perps0.03%Builder fee; venue fees and funding extra
Create Token49 USDCOne-off; launching on curve costs gas only

KAIRO Markets and Up or Down charge 1.50% per trade: 1.00% to the protocol, 0.25% to the market creator and 0.25% kept in the market pool. KAIRO says the contract enforces this split. Launch curve trades also cost 1.50%, split between treasury, token creator and a graduation reserve.

Swaps through KAIRO's router carry 0.25% on top of pool fees, perps fills carry a 0.03% builder fee on top of the external venue's own fees and funding, and Create Token costs a one-off 49 USDC. Deposits, withdrawals and claims are free apart from Arc gas.
